I was going for something that could be used as a base for a dense, dark, rich Melba toast cracker, but this was far too delicate, absolutely impossible to cut thin. But it tasted good. The 47th Pillsbury Bake-Off… and me


I think it was shortly after the holidays last year, after spending more time than ever in the kitchen, I started thinking I might enter some cooking competitions. Around that time, the Pillsbury Bake-Off deadline was coming into view, so I entered, and here we are.
